DCS welcomed to its Yigo campus SR. LOIDA LIM, OP, a visiting Dominican Sister from Rome, Italy. She is a member of the General Council which is the highest governing body of the Institute of the Religious Missionaries of St. Dominic (Dominican Sisters-OP Misioneras). She is on island as the representative of the Prioress (Superior) General to facilitate a meeting with all the sisters assigned on Guam. She is also scheduled to visit other Dominican communities on the island.
She met the students and teachers at DCS after the flag ceremonies on December 5, 2022 where she was able to give a message and answered some of their questions. She reminded the students to always study hard, be happy, and be kind.
Sr. Loida will fly back to Rome, Italy on Saturday, December 10.
